The nominations for the 2019 Oscars have been announced

The 2019 Oscars are almost here.

The glitzy (and currently host-free) will be taking place  on Sunday, February 24 – or the verrrry early hours of Monday, February 25 Irish time – at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

And this morning [Tuesday, January 22], Tracee Ellis Ross and Kumail Nanjian revealed the films that will be going for gold at the 91st Academy Awards.
