It's widely accepted that no matter what age you are, it's still totally fine to be excited about the Late Late Toy Show, right?
Forget the Christmas lights on Grafton Street, or the songs on the radio, the festive season only begins when Ryan Tubridy and lots of kids from around the country grace the TV for the Toy Show.
This year it's happening on Friday, 1 December and if you haven't cleared your schedule already then we advise you to do so now because we've just had the first trailer and it looks very promising.
The theme for this year's show will be based around the well-known story of the Nutcracker and the trailer is just perfect. Made by the team at RTÉ, and involving children from the Empire Dance and Performing Arts Academy in Tallaght, the trailer sees a young girl settling to sleep with a festive snow globe at her bedside.
As she sleeps, the snow globe comes to life with a toy soldier, Ryan Tubridy, inside. The girl and her friends join Ryan, we mean the toy soldier, as they play in the show.
