Subtle. The rumour mill has already started turning about what the former Friends actor will be earning. According to The Mirror, the actor could be on a £500,000 salary to co-host the top BBC show. If true, this is considerably less than his co-host Chris Evans who will be raking in £3m per year. It looks like former host Jeremy Clarkson gets the last laugh though, as he is reportedly on a whopping £800,000 per episode at Amazon, ten times what he was making at the BBC.
