This new Netflix rom-com is going to have everyone hooked this summer

“Oh my god, the letters are out!”

What if all the crushes you ever had, found out how you felt about them…all at once?

Yeah, we know. It sounds like a kind of terrifying prospect.

It’s also the basis for To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, the latest rom-com from Netflix – based on the novel of the same name.

The streaming service released the trailer for their latest movie on Thursday, and we reckon it’s going to be the talk of the summer.

Lara Jean Song Covey has penned a grand, epic love letter to every boy she has ever loved – and then keeps them hidden in a box, never to be read by…well, anyone.

There is a letter to: “Peter with the beautiful eyes, Kenny from camp, Lucas from homecoming, John Ambrose from Model UN, and Josh… the boy next door.”

However, things become nightmarish for Lara when the letters are mailed out to all of her crushes.

Pretty Little Liars’ Janel Parrish and actress Anna Cathcart play Lara’s two sisters, Margot and Kitty, while Sex and the City’s John Corbett stars as Lara’s dad.

The Magicians’ Madeline Arthur plays Lara’s best friend, Chris.

  • To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before hits Netflix on August 17.
