Sofia Boutella stars in The Mummy, which opens in cinemas this Friday.
The movie franchise, which first began in 1999, is making a return with a whole new cast and storyline. Joining Sofia is Annabelle Wallis, Tom Cruise, Russell Crowe, Jake Johnson and Courtney B. Vance.
We had the opportunity to sit down with some of the cast members, including Sofia, to chat about the movie.
For Sofia's character, Ahmanet, she transforms into the Mummy who is brought back from the dead by Tom Cruises' character.
The detail and effort that went into making her look like the Mummy is incredible. So much so, that Sofia told us it took SIX hours every day to perfect the look. It involved stenciled tattoos all over her body and very convincing makeup.
