The trailer for The Haunting of Sharon Tate is here and Hilary Duff is unbelievable

Olivia Hayes

It documents the Charles Manson murders.

As we all know, in the mid-1967, Charles Mason began forming what became known as the Manson Family, a quasi-commune based in California.

Manson’s followers committed nine murders at four locations in July and August 1969 – one of which included Sharon Tate who was a American actress.

In the film, Hilary Duff-as-Sharon Tate has premonitions of her murder. In the first official trailer, which has been obtained by E! News, her character is shown roaming the Beverly Hills home that Tate shared with her husband Roman Polanski before her murderers.

It looks super creepy as members of the Manson Family appear to make their presence known, after being seen through windows and at the door.

In another shot, Manson is seen being led away by authorities and it all looks incredibly creepy.

In the flick, Mean Girls actor Jonathan Bennett plays Jay Sebring and Lydia Hearst portrays Abigail Folger, two of the other murder victims.
