SERIOUS drama, lads.
It was finally revealed in tonight’s episode of EastEnders that Stuart Halfway was the person who was shot on Monday.
After a gunshot could be heard ringing out in The Vic, the Carter family gathered around downstairs.
Some of the Carters looked pretty shifty as a devastated Highway tried desperately to save his brother’s life.
As police and ambulance crews arrived, Linda was seen sneaking away from the pub with a gun that had been hidden behind the bar.
Viewers then watched as she rubbed it with a tea towel to get rid of any fingerprints before throwing it into the canal.
Unbeknownst to her, Keanu Taylor saw the whole thing as he hid in bushes nearby making a phone call to his new squeeze Sharon Mitchell.
Those of us following at home have been debating who really shot Stuart (could Linda be covering for Mick? Is someone else involved?) but lots of folk on Twitter thought Linda could have handled the whole thing better.
Many viewers pointed out that it wasn’t particularly clever to dump the gun so close to where the shooting happened and where she could easily be seen.
