Is the show fixed?

The X Factor has often been criticised by fans who suggest that it’s all fixed to ensure viewers tune in and the winner they have pre-chosen makes it to the end.

However, new claims suggest that the producers’ control starts much earlier.

According to the Daily Star, a show insider has revealed that two-thirds of the contestants who make it to judges’ houses this year were pre-selected by producers on the show.

Yes, the source says that the shows scouts find the majority of the acts that make it to the judges’ houses round.

“The whole point of X Factor is that it gives anyone the chance to make it.

“But this series, it’s like only ones cherry-picked by the show have got to judges’ houses.

“It will feel to some like the process is fixed in favour of the ones picked out by staff.”

Reports say that once the audition process is finished, the show’s scouts spend their days searching through YouTube and attending open-mic nights in the hopes of finding more talent to join the show.

However, the show has defended themselves after the claims, saying that this is just standard procedure on a reality show like this.

We will definitely we watching judges’ houses now to see if we can figure out who’s who.
