Brunch, glorious brunch.

Is there anything better? We are not ashamed to say that our Sunday morning brunch is undoubtedly one of the best parts of our weekend. Pancakes, eggs benedict, waffles, we want it all.

So, as a token of our appreciation, here’s our list of the top buggy-friendly brunch hotspots in the capital for you and the girls when there’s the possibility of a little tot in tow.

Balfes, Balfe Street

Balfes is a great spot for the whole family. There are no steps, a variety of table heights and, most importantly, there’s lots of space to manoeuvre. Their blueberry and bacon pancakes are to die for, plus they’ve a brilliant kids menu for the little ones too. This place ticks all the boxes.

Gourmet Food Parlour, any location

Gourmet Food Parlour is the perfect spot for brunch. There are lots of different locations around Dublin to choose from, they have a mouthwatering menu, and, best of all their, staff are always really understanding and more than helpful when you’re ordering for the kids.

Five Points Coffee, Harold’s Cross

Bright and pretty spacious inside, this place is a great option for your favourite brunch with a little bit of a twist.

They go for the normal brunch options but give them an extra element that you just won’t find elsewhere. The food is honestly delish. And there are pastries to nibble on for any little ones accompanying you.

The Market Bar, Fade Street

A thriving bar in the city centre might not be the first place that springs to mind when you’re thinking of a family-friendly weekend brunch, but The Market Bar is seriously a great place to get your brunch fix. They’ve great tapas, lots of space, and they even have a selection of toys, books and games to keep the kids busy.

Herbert Park Hotel, Ballsbridge.

How does lunch and a stroll in the park sound? Get the best of both at the Herbert Park Hotel. They have a decent kids menu, nice open eating areas and friendly staff.
