TripAdvisor has put together a list of the best restaurants in Ireland and according to them, the best restaurant in Ireland is Chapter One in Dublin.
Chapter One moves up in the list having placed in third spot last year, and takes the throne from Mulberry Garden in Dublin, which drops from first down to sixth.
Located in Parnell Square, Chapter One has almost 2,000 reviews on the TripAdvisor website, with 80 percent of these reviews rating their experience as excellent.
There was also a strong performance from An Port Mor Restaurant, in Westport, Mayo. It jumps from ninth place in the 2016 awards to second place this year.
Finns’ Table in Kinsale and The Chart House in Dingle also improved on their finish last year, jumping to fourth and third place respectively.
Other entries on the list included Campagne in Kilkenny, Forest Avenue and Peal Brasserie, both in Dublin, Rozzers Restaurant and The Lime Restaurant, both in Kerry.
