For this week's Kitchen Crusade, I decided to try an old housewives' classic and fry up some milk in a load of breadcrumbs.
But how does milk fry? I hear you wail. It's a liquid, it could never.
Well actually, it could. You just need to throw a load of corn flour into it and whack it in the fridge to set for a couple of hours before you get frying.
Simple, sorta.

The end result was, eh, questionable to say the least - but still entirely edible. Kind of like a panna cotta... but just a bit more shit.
