Colin the Caterpillar’s got a new BFF.

Now that April is (finally) here, Easter is just around the corner.

And if we’re being honest, we couldn’t be more egg-cited – because, honestly, we could really use a sweet treat right about now.

M&S have come to the rescue with the cutest Easter egg we have ever seen – even though we know he’s not an egg.

Seth The Sloth, Colin the Caterpillar’s BFF, is the latest creation from the M&S Egg Developers.

A hand decorated a milk chocolate hollowed ‘egg’ which takes the unusual form of a sweet little smiling sloth, the sweet treat is available now for €7.50.

Seth is hand crafted by chocolatiers at M&S with each and every egg boasting a velvety smooth yet luxuriously rich taste. And while he’s unlikely to go anywhere fast, but the folks at M&S are sure he is bound to fly off the shelves.

‘’This year’s egg collection is possibly my favourite ever. I absolutely love the new variations on the traditional Easter egg. Our goal is to deliver M&S customers the premium in chocolate this Easter, and we predict Seth will be a firm favourite,” Katy Patino, M&S Easter Egg Developer, said.

It comes as the retailer also recently unveiled a more savoury option this Easter – their cheese Easter ‘eggs’, which you can read more about here.
