Is peach gin the new pink gin?

We all remember the pink gin fever of summer 2017 and judging by Gordon’s latest launch ‘White Peach Gin’, we could soon see peach gin take over.

The popular drinks brand recently shared their plans for a lemon flavour and the newer option is also sure to prove a winning drink choice for summer.

At the moment, it’s being sold in Asda stores so if you do want to sample the new launch, a trip up North might be in order.

Oh and it’s limited edition too so given the immense popularity of previous gin flavours, it could sell out in record time.

The new gin is thought to have “fruity, aromatic notes” that make “taste buds bloom”, according to Good Housekeeping.

In terms of the recommended serve then, the best accompaniment for this gin is crushed ice, regular tonic and either basil leaf or a slice of peach to garnish.

Speaking about the new gin releases, Jessica Lace, Head of Gordon’s Gin, said:

“Consumers are looking to experiment with their drinks choices, and we know from the success of Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin, that there’s an ever increasing appetite for different styles of gin”.

It’s priced at £13 which works out to about €15 for 70 cl and you heard it here first, this new launch is sure to prove very popular.
