Food trends come and go, but we seriously hope that this ice cream trend sticks around for all eternity.
Also known as stir-fried ice cream, rolled ice cream originated as a street food in Thailand and it’s an alternative way to serve our favourite iced treat.
It’s made with milk poured on an iced grill, mixed with fruit or different ingredients on the ice pan.
It looks absolutely delectable and we’re completely on board.
Got rolled ice cream in the middle of the night last night with @godhacchi but forgot to post it. ?

Okay… we know the big question, is this magical stuff in Ireland?
We can confirm that Dublin-based company Arctic Stone serves the rolled ice cream. According to Spotted by locals the owner, Caolan Cullen, discovered the trend while travelling through South East Asia, and he was so inspired he brought it back to Ireland.
Good news for us!
