There’s a Mean Girls brunch coming to London and we need to attend

So fetch.

“She doesn’t even go here!”

Or, at least, the Mean Girls brunch doesn’t even go here because it’s going to be in London but sure look, we’ll take what we can get.

It’s almost been 15 whole years since the most iconic female-led movie dropped onto our screen and subsequent DVD players.

Forget Legally Blonde, forget Cruel Intentions, forget Clueless (okay maybe don’t forget Clueless), because Mean Girls was the teen comedy of the century.

It had everything – a makeover scene, approximately 85 quotable moments, a cool mom, Damien… literal cinematic perfection.

How lucky for us then that there’s a Mean Girls brunch happening just across the water in London’s Shoreditch.

Think brunch but with a harsher twist.

There’ll be food but you might have to eat some questionable protein bars before you consume anything.

There’ll be alcohol but you may have to endure being called a “total slut” before you can drink any of it.

There’ll be other people in attendance but they’ll most likely all be the meanest people in the entire world but hey, that’s all part of the fun, right?

We kid, none of that stuff will happen (probably).

What will happen will be the drinking of Mean Girls cocktails like the Glen Coco and the Carb-less Butter, the eating of a delicious brunch main and dessert, and the opportunity to win free shots by shouting “Fetch!” first when the barman says “That’s so…”

Gas.

There’ll even be a burn book floating around so you can write down some bull about someone you hate.

Ideal.

As well as all of this, there will also be free condoms around the gaff so nobody has sex, gets pregnant, and dies.

Oh, and obviously everybody is encouraged to wear pink.

They really have thought of everything.

The Mean Girls brunch will be taking place in Shoreditch’s Floripa at 91-92 Great Eastern St, London.

If you’re interested in popping over, or happen to be in London around then, you’ll need to be quick because this brunch appears to be a one-off event.

It’ll take place on February 3 between 12pm and 5pm and you can buy your tickets here.

So what are you waiting for? Time to book those flights.

Ryanair probably have a sale on, in fairness.
