Now, McGettigan’s pub in Galway are playing on our nostalgia by serving up an adult version of the classic ice cream. Yes. We’re talking about Super Split ice cream cocktails.
The bad news is that the cocktails will be available for one day only on Saturday June 17, as McGettigan’s celebrate their second birthday.
If you want to get your hands on the drink made with vodka, passion fruit, orange juice and topped with whipped cream, it will set you back €5.
