Cancel the gym. Everyone’s doing this FREE dance workout instead

First there was Uptown Abs, the incredibly tough gymnastics workout that made our entire bodies sore just looking at it. Thankfully the latest ‘try-it-at-home’ fitness video is much, much more accessible.

And we can NOT get enough of it.

An utterly brilliant tutorial by The Fitness Marshall (aka dance instructor Caleb Marshall), this easy routine to Sia’s track Cheap Thrills is the perfect way to get some fat-burning cardio in from the comfort of your own home. 

Simply grab some comfy clothes, place the laptop or phone somewhere central, crank the volume and dance your pants off! The best part is that kids love it too. Plus, the more you do it, the better you get at the moves.
