As part of the Life Style Sports #GirlsRunTheWorld campaign, Michelle McMahon, Editor of Her.ie and Sue Murphy, TV&Film Editor, were challenged to run a 10k race after 12 weeks of training.
This week, Michelle was feeling a little under the weather and was forced to take a day off, so Sue took to the Iveagh Gardens with Peter Kern from PB3 Coaching.
Unlike other weeks, Sue actually managed to do a really good running session this week and with little pain, is on the road to hopefully making it to the 10k at the end of this month.
The girls will be keeping you posted on their training in their blog.
