'Hand salad' is the next big thing and we can't cope with the notions
The absolute NOTIONS.
There's a new salad recipe that's causing some disquiet in the salad community, and it's usually a pretty peaceful community.
Bon Appétit recently posted about this ingenious new way to eat your leaves, and it's incredibly hands on,
It's called a "hand salad" but let's not focus on that https://t.co/fRTxgR79cY pic.twitter.com/XWY0mbAqF4

The recipe involves arranging your romaine salad leaves on a plate with a yogurt-lemon dressing on the side.
Now, we know what you're thinking... this is just salad and a dip. And you'd be right.
The website explains things better than we can...
"We call this a hand salad because lettuce and dip just doesn’t sound like nearly as much fun".
I tend to agree... it does sound like a lot of fun, unfortunately, the online community are less than pleased:

It seems the world is not ready to give up the good old fashion salad fork. Phew!
