Having an operation can be intimidating enough, but when you’re a young child, we can’t imagine the fear of being separated from our parents.
So when a snap of a cardiac surgeon comforting a toddler was posted to Reddit, it wasn’t long before the snap started gaining traction.
The shot shows a young male doctor sitting with the little girl who is clearly upset sitting on his knee watching cartoons before her surgery.
