A 2011 study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine proves the link between nipple stimulation and the brain’s pleasure centre. Researchers using MRI imaging found that when nipples are stimulated, a pleasure centre inside the brain lights up the same way it lights up after stimulation of the clitoris and vagina.
Now researchers estimate that a ‘small number’ of women can experience an intense orgasm by stimulating the nerve endings in the nipple alone.
Christiane Northrup, M.D., author of Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom explained:
"When the nipples are stimulated, oxytocin is released, which causes the same uterine and vaginal contractions associated with orgasm.
"This brings more blood flow to the genitals and can trigger an orgasm."
Best add that to the list so...
If you’re not sure how susceptible you are to nipple stimulation, Northrup suggests starting with massage and masturbation before introducing a partner to your latest experimentations.
