Sleep is a precious thing. Too little sleep and we can feel like a zombie battling through our day, too much sleep and good luck to anyone expecting us to leave our comfy beds while the chill starts to set in.

Growing up, we’ve been inundated with the advice that eight hours sleep is essential for a normal, functioning body. Then as time goes on, people start adapting to shift work, crying babies or just the fact that maybe their body doesn’t need as much time to rejuvenate after a long day at work.
