A 00s pop culture museum is coming and we need tickets

Aw, the memories!

In the words of Paris Hilton – ‘that’s so hot’.

While we may look back on the early 00s with a lot of fashion regret, we also can’t help but feel a little nostalgic every time we hear a Mean Girls reference or see a Juicy Couture tracksuit.

Well, the pop culture gem that was the 00s is now being celebrated with a new museum exhibition in New York.

The Brooklyn artists who dedicated an exhibition to Mary-Kate and Ashley are now teaming up with the folks behind the Instagram account, @PopCultureDiedIn2009 are bringing all those amazingly cringey memories together in one exhibition.

It’s said the showcase will be called “Welcome to Nicole Richie’s Memorial Day BBQ” after the former Simple Life star’s infamous parties from back in the day.

According to reports, the friendship of Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan’s ankle monitor and Naomi Campbell’s famous community service look will all be celebrated in the exhibition.

However, you don’t have long to make the flying visit. The exhibition is set to open on July 29 and finish up on August 11.

Get booking those flights, ladies.
