Hangover fear
We love going out and having the craic but as for the fear that inevitably follows, there are no words for that kind of horror. There might be a few tears as your head pounds with wine induced pain but the good news is it will be gone in the morning.
Clothes shrinking in the dryer
It's Friday night and you don't have time for your favourite dress to dry so you put it in the dryer (even though there's a little voice telling you this isn't going to end well). Ten minutes later, you're raging because said dress is now two sizes too small.
Wrong order
You’re in a hurry to get back to work and run in to order your favourite sandwich. After rushing back to the office, you’re just about to dig in when you realise you’ve been given tuna and guacamole not sweet chilli chicken and brie.
Fighting with family and/or friends
Fighting with your parents and storming off in a huff is a familiar memory from our teenage years and it can still happen even now. It’s horrible to fight with someone you love no matter what age you are.
The opposite sex
Your other half can have you upset for more than a few reasons but it can be particularly hard when they’re not your other half anymore and you’re in that difficult moving on period. You may not want him/her back but you don’t want to see them with someone else earlier.
Washing your hair with conditioner
If you’ve ever been unfortunate enough as to do this, you’ll know what we’re talking about. Your hair is so lank and greasy that no matter how much shampoo you use, it won’t be enough to stop your hair from sticking to your head for the next two days. FUN.
The dentist
There’s nothing nice about someone poking around your mouth with oddly shaped metal objects. Even writing the words is enough to make us shiver. You may be of the close your eyes and hold your breath mentality or maybe you make incessant small talk to hurry it up… either way it’s totally understandable to be upset.
Missing the bus (when you’re already late)
Running to the bus is bad enough but getting there just as it pulls off... minus craic. Particularly when you’re relying on it to get to work, an interview or important appointment. Noooooo.‘I’m a 29-year-old woman and my income would shock my friends if it was made public’
