Our brand-new workout series In Training with Vogue has hit the Her Instagram and it’s our mission to deliver the most efficient and worthwhile workouts ever! - along with the help of our favourite fitness gurus.

This week, competitive athlete Kat Fearon is showing us exactly how it’s done. She found the power of strength training after hitting the gym left her feeling frustrated. Although the gym is the go-to for many, we have to remember we’re all different, and so it's important to find what works for you.

Well team Vogue and Kat are amping up our fitness regime this week with power cleans, step ups, and kettle bell swings. They might sound a little complicated, but this workout is as easy as pie after watching our how-to on Instagram. Oh, and be sure to get your form right - we all want a superb workout, and one with no injuries.

So, there’s three rounds of each move and no resting (this is key to keep the muscles powered up). The moves are easy to learn and simple to implement into our own lifestyle. And trust us - your legs and butt will be glad this workout involves doing fever moves as you go on - they'll be burning!
