Too much. Absolutely too much.
A dog passing away is a stunningly sad affair.
It involves a lot of grieving, a lot of denial, and a lot of upset as everybody in the poor late pup's life comes to terms with them not being around any more.
A fairly harrowing scenario for all involved. One we would not wish upon our worst enemies.
Unfortunately for us though, it does happen and when it does the only thing a person can do is try to live their life as their dog would have wanted.
... By erecting a lovely tribute to them along a walkway in a park in Glasgow.

The dog in question is a Staffy-collie cross named Loki who lived with a woman named Jennifer McKnight in Glasgow for eight years.
Loki enjoyed playing ball in a specific walkway in a park, so in loving memory of the dog, Jennifer decided to place a box of tennis balls in the park for all the rest of the pups to enjoy.
The adorable tribute was shared online earlier this year by Colin McCredie, who discovered it when walking his own dog, Dug - who looks exceedingly delighted to have stumbled across such a plentiful sum of balls.
We'd be the same, Dug.
We'd be the same.
