8 things we all definitely do after a break-up

Break-ups are tough.

Whether your heart's being broken, or you're telling someone you want to stop seeing them, break-ups are probably one of the least fun things you'll ever experience. Once the dust has settled, however, our habits tend to become pretty predictable. Here are 8 things we all definitely end up doing after a break-up. 1. Stalk their social media accounts Facebook just isn't enough when you've got Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn to chose from. No matter the post, you won't be satisfied with what you see, but you'll do it anyway. Again and again. 2. Consider contacting them Agreeing to go radio silent means nothing. Keep telling yourself you want to 'check up on them,' but everyone knows you're just making sure they're not already seeing someone new. 3. Post a load of selfies in the hope that they'll see one and get jealous Make sure that lighting is on point. 4. Keep using their Netflix account without their knowledge  Create a new profile, binge watch every single episode of RuPaul's Drag Race, and delete the profile when you're done. Simple. 5. Accidentally come across their profile on Tinder ... And get irrationally angry about them being on Tinder despite the fact that you are also on Tinder. 6. Consider contacting them again Once is never enough. 7. Get drunk and tell the girls how you never really loved them anyway Even though you definitely did, but lying to yourself always helps. 8. Cry Whether it's with happiness or sadness, having a bit of a sob is sure to alleviate some of that raw emotion.
