Seven-year-old Jack Hoffman from Nebraska had one of his dreams come true at the weekend when he scored a touchdown for the Nebraska Huskers.
Jack, who is battling brain cancer, was befriended by one of the players who arranged for him to take to the pitch and score a touchdown.
The little boy ran a whopping 69 yards before both teams jumped up and down in celebration.
Already the YouTube video has gotten over two million views despite only being posted two days ago.
