A Pirate’s Life For Johnny?

Johnny Depp is rumoured to be interested in reprising his role as Captain Jack Sparrow for a fifth Pirates Of The Caribbean film.

The actor, who recently broke up with his long-term partner Vanessa Paradis, is reportedly very close to signing up for the next instalment of the franchise.

And it’s no surprise considering the success the films have had to date especially the latest one, Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which saw Johnny star alongside Penelope Cruz.

Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz worked together on the last Pirates film.

Despite showing an eagerness to return to one of his most famous roles, it seems The Rum Diary actor is keen to limit the films he agrees to.

A source told The Sun: ‘Johnny is being very careful he does not sign on for too many films. He doesn’t want to ruin his career with overexposure.’

Somehow, we don’t think there’s any chance of us seeing too much of Johnny Depp!
