Aldi Win Social Media With This Witty Facebook Message

Tesco have impressed us with their social media banter on a few occasions (this one in particular) but it seems they might have some competition after this message from Aldi. Darryl Reilly got in touch with the bargain retailer recently after he had an unhappy shopping experience. He was a little disgruntled to open his packet of Aldi chocolate biscuits and find that one of them was plain. We laughed at his Facebook message but what the supermarket chain replied also deserves a round of applause. Humorous with a hint of sarcasm, we have to give them this one!
