Beeck said; "At first, I felt really upset. I felt attacked. I felt like I was in middle school all over again, like being bullied."
However, she'd decided not to release the names of the people who refused to tip her, and has no interest in speaking to them anout the incident. She said she would rather not respond at all.
The owners of Zombie Burger have released a statement standing by Beeck, saying that they celebrate her right to present herself in a unique way.
"We believe that Zombie Burger is a place that celebrates individuality," the statement reads in part. "We stand by our staff."
