Don’t get us wrong, we like a good soap exit as much as the next person but the EastEnders cast seem to be dropping like flies at the moment.
The show has announced another departure in the form of Tony Discipline who plays heartthrob Tyler Moon.
Apparently the actor will be leaving at the end of the year although the door will be left open for a possible return.

Tony Discipline has been in the popular soap for two years now.
“It was decided that there really wasn’t much else they could do with Tyler,” an insider explained to the Daily Star on Sunday before adding that the departure will involve a huge storyline for another character.
“His exit will focus on Tyler’s relationship with Whitney (Shona McGarty). They haven’t got the strongest of relationships but they do love each other so it’s going to be an emotional time for them both.”
They added: “It will also spell the start of a big storyline for Whitney. She has been through so much during her young life and things are set to get dark for her again as she struggles to cope with losing Tyler”.

His character Tyler Moon is currently engaged to Whitney.
Discipline, who joined the soap back in 2011, is the latest in a rather long line of ‘Enders heading for the door this year.
Jo Joyner (Tanya Branning), Scott Malsen (Jack Branning) and Steve John Shephard (Michael Moon) are also on their way out.
