Apparently, our bosses should give us all a nap on Monday since the clocks went forward

nap

We won’t say no, like.

The clocks going forward has affected us all in the absolute worst ways possible.

We’re tired because we lost an hour of sleep, we’re cranky because we should have snuggled up in bed for longer today, and we’re more hungover than we should be because we didn’t get extra time to sweat out all the debauchery of last night.

It’s grim and we do not approve.

So in order to combat this and make all of our lives that little less hellish, apparently our bosses should be letting everyone have a nap on Monday in work.

That’s according to Dr Nerina Ramlakhan anyway, who says that everybody is going to be so wrecked and on edge after this weekend, that we should all just get a little rest tomorrow.

… And we’re inclined to agree.

She told The Sun:

“Bosses should consider allowing staff to take a short nap in the office. It can make a huge difference.”

“Just a twenty minute power nap can make a huge difference. Naps have been scientifically proven to boost creativity and problem solving ability, and they can even rebalance the immune system, meaning staff are less likely to take sick days.”

Lots to think about, lads.

Lots to think about.
