The case for the Missing Unicorn began in New York City in 2010 but after many sightings, it seemed to disappear only to be seen again roaming around the Connemara wilderness with some ponies.
Posters around Galway are now pleading for any information you may have or any signs of the unicorn in the area. A hotline has been set up and you can upload any sightings to the website missingunicorn.com.
However, the site also carries a disclaimer. Unicorn hunting is not for the faint of heart, it is hard work but promises amazing returns once she is found.
