Baby animals are lovely.

Some would go so far to say that they are the best kind of animals. Especially when they are learning to do things because they generally can't do them properly but they're trying so hard and it's all kinds of sweet. One thing that baby lions must learn to do before they can become adult lions is, understandably, roar. The roar is the staple of the adult lion. It allows the lion to let other lions known where they are and to prove how big and powerful they are. That's why this baby lion attempting to roar is almost too cute to handle. He is neither big nor powerful and yet, he is doing his utmost to let a roar out... and failing spectacularly and just doing a little croak instead. It's adorable.
