She claims that she was never told that she would need to have her implants replaced.
Russian TV station NTV followed Yulia as she visited a new surgeon for a consultation after her implant collapsed.
Maxim Nesterenko, the new surgeon who will correct the issue, said that the implants were put in incorrectly - over the muscle in the chest instead of under it.
"This time we will do it the proper way," he said.
"We will remove the old implants, put new ones under the muscle. And these new implants will be modern ones.
"These days manufacturers give a life long guarantee."
Yulia now plans to sue the clinic where she originally had the surgery, claiming it also lost her medical records.
The clinic has admitted that it 'bears responsibility' for what happened to Yulia.
Her lawyers have told her that she can expect compensation to the tune of 1 million roubles (€14,160).
