"I didn't want to watch it for a really long time... but I think it's kind of interesting to watch," she said. "I know it's a lot to watch...As the tumour was in the part of Courtney's brain that controls speech, she was awake and talking throughout the surgery. The video is below - Courtney first introduces the surgery footage, which begins at about 4.52. There's nothing too gory in here but be wary that she does suffer with a seizure at one point, which may be distressing to some.
