Youtube star Courtney Elizabeth Warner is best know for her online makeup tutorials, but has shared an entirely different video on her channel.
She recently underwent open brain surgery for a cancerous tumour and filmed the entire experience for her followers to watch on Youtube.
Warner was diagnosed with stage three brain cancer last year and has been very open in detailing her story on her Youtube channel Courtelizz1.
Courtney said rather than show details of the surgical procedure itself, she wanted to give people an idea of what it was like from her perspective.
She admitted that she had mixed feeling about the footage and said it took a lot to share it.
"I didn't want to watch it for a really long time... but I think it's kind of interesting to watch," she said.
"I know it's a lot to watch...
As the tumour was in the part of Courtney's brain that controls speech, she was awake and talking throughout the surgery.

There's nothing too gory in here but be wary that she does suffer with a seizure at one point, which may be distressing to some.
