Ever heard of beer yoga? We hadn’t either. Seems like an awful tedious way to get a mouthful of larger to us but there’s no denying it looks pretty impressive.

alysemv uploaded this video of her 60-year-old step dad participating in the new
sport activity. She also shared the clip to Facebook where it received 5 million views in less than 36 hours.
The trick involves placing a pint of beer on ones forehead and proceeding to move like a bendy pretzel, navigating ones limbs to lower the beer on the floor. Then, at the final hurdle, lifting the beer to ones mouth using no hands.
Like we said, it’s a little tedious.
We’re willing to bet there will scenes of this in pubs nationwide.
