When we were younger, caterpillar cakes were the big thing. But now cake-making has reached a whole other level.
For Alfie Rose’s fourth birthday, his godparents Tammy and Stephen Morris ordered a life-sized cake modelled on him and his favourite cuddly toy.
The chocolate sponge cake, designed by Lara Clarke who is originally from Belfast but is now based in England, took 15 hours to make and cost £400 (almost €500) according to ITV.
Still, it is VERY impressive…
