Bill Clark was in the right place at the right time last Friday when he rescued a two-year-old boy who was walking barefoot in the middle of a busy road.
A bus driver from Oregon, Bill immediately stopped the bus when he saw the toddler and brought him on-board the bus.
"It was just a corner of my eye thing," Bill told Oregon Live. "I just caught a glimpse of him, stopped the bus and got out to see if his parents were around ... They weren't. So, I picked him up and took him back to the garage".
He then called the Department of Human Services. The little boy named James had wandered away from his house after his mother left for work, leaving him in the care of his father who had fallen asleep after working a night shift.
Police reunited James with his father, who had called them to report his little boy as missing.
Thankfully, Bill was there to save the day. Security cameras installed on the bus captured the entire incident as can be seen in the video below.
