Cat owner thought she was getting a bargain online with this hilarious cat toy

Let this be a warning to everyone about being careful while shopping online.

Online shopping is a god send, it allows you to purchase just about anything without even leaving your home, and it means you can access things from all over the world that you wouldn’t be able to pick up in your local store. Sometimes you always get a bargain you’d never get in a regular shop.

However, sometimes online shopping doesn’t have the positive outcome we were expecting. Clothes might differ in colour and products may break or be faulty, and sometimes, the items just don’t look the same as they did in the online picture.

This is sort of what happened to one cat owner who was trying to buy a scratch post for her cat.

She came across this one on Amazon which she felt was a bit of a bargain at around €12.

However when the product arrived, it wasn’t exactly what she was expecting.

You’d almost feel sorry for the woman, who posted the story on Reddit. But considering that the description specifically says that it is for a doll house, you can’t really make excuses.

The woman who made the mistake said that she won’t be returning it though, as the error has brought her plenty of laughs.

And just in case you’re not getting quite how small this thing is, the cat owner posted it beside a banana for reference.
