Saturday Night – Snap Happy
What's a night out nowadays if you don't have tweets, facebook statuses and a hundred pictures to prove you’re having fun? This weekend, why not try something a little more old school. Buy yourself a disposable camera, and let that be the only record of your night on the town. No posing for the same picture twenty times, no instant shares, and that lovely surprise when you get them developed… and the inevitable shocker or two of course!

Sunday Afternoon – Pen to Paper
While you’re soaking up the sun in your garden or by the coast this weekend, why not take some time to pen your bucket list. Write down the countries you want to see, the adventures you want to experience and the goals you want to achieve. When you’re back indoors, pin it someplace prominent so you have a daily reminder of what you’re working towards, and you’ll feel more inspired to work for your goal.

Monday Evening – All set for the Week Ahead
That Sunday night feeling will be displaced to Monday this week, so instead of wallowing in it, use it as motivation to get yourself set up for a great, but short, week. Stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables, then pre-cook a few hearty, healthy meals so you’re all set to eat well for the week, and leave out the ingredients for a fresh smoothie that you can make on Tuesday morning, for a great start back to your working week.
