There’s been a bit of an ‘is she or isn’t she?!’ debate surrounding Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara these past few weeks, but now it has finally been confirmed. Yes, she’s engaged!
Sofia has finally broken her silence about the status of her relationship with boyfriend Nick Loeb and told Celebuzz that yes, it’s true. She’s engaged, but she hasn’t started planning the big day just yet “because everything has been very recent.”
By that remark, we’re going to assume that Nick only just popped the question, either way it’s always nice to hear of a happy celebrity couple.
“I am kind of, you know, working a lot – I just started the Modern Family season – so I don’t know yet [when I will get married]. No plans,” she said.

But that’s not all, Sofia, who has a 20-year old soon from her first marriage, also hinted that maybe she’ll have a family with businessman Nick somewhere in the future.
“It’s something that maybe…one day I’ll do again. I wouldn’t mind,” she said.
“I mean, I think I can still do it. But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment, so I am taking it easy, so maybe when I have a little less work,” she added.
According to reports, Nick got down on one knee and popped the question back in July and that the moment was captured on camera by Sofia’s son Manolo. Aw.
