Confirmed: X Factor Star To Take Over As Big Brother Spin-Off Show’s Host

X Factor finalist Rylan Clark's showbusiness career is taking off with a bang... and to think we didn't know of him this time last year.

The Essex performer will be officially joining the Big Brother presenting family, taking over as host on Big Brother's Bit On The Side.

Emma Willis was revealed as the new host of the reality TV show a few weeks ago and now it has been announced Rylan will be joining the BB ranks as the BBBOTS host.

Rylan is officially joining the Big Brother crew. 

“We love Rylan and after he won Celebrity Big Brother it seemed daft not to get him on board. He won’t just be fronting BBBOTS, he’ll get his own show. He has so much energy it’s unreal. The viewers love him,” a Channel 5 source told The Sun.

This must mean Clark won't be taking on the role of co-host on The Xtra Factor alongside Caroline Flack, but we won't presume anything just yet-Rylan has surprised us all before.

Our verdict? He'll be fabulous.
