There was a corgi beach party in Vancouver this weekend and the pics are GLORIOUS
The sweetest thing you'll see today.
Hundreds of corgis descended on a beach in Vancouver over the weekend and the pictures have truly brightened our day.
Yes, Spanish Banks Beach was the location for the corgi beach party which saw over 150 corgis and their humans arrive to soak up the sun.
The meetup was organised again after the success of last year’s inaugural beach party, however, the numbers of attendees was twenty times that of last year’s event.

The event included a corgi costume contest and corgi races for all the dogos in attendance.
They came dressed as racehorses, sharks and even pieces of sushi – we know, too fecking cute!
Speaking about the success of this year’s event, organiser Cindi Lunn told local news CTV News:
“People just love [corgis]. They bark at you and give you love and they’re cute and they’re stumpy.
“I think people can just kind of relate to them being a little bit different, sometimes too.”

After the success of this year’s celebrations, organisers are already planning for an even bigger event next year.
And we might plan a holiday accordingly.
