"What would you do if you won the Euromillions" is one of our favourite games and one Cork woman gets to play for real after finding a winning ticket in her kitchen press. The woman in question, who wishes to remain anonymous, collected her €500,000 winnings yesterday after making the very lucky discovery. We only know that if we had the same luck, there would be a lot of screaming and jumping up and down. She spoke to The Irish Examiner about her winnings and explained that it all came as a bit of a surprise: “I found the ticket in my press last week and brought it with me to check when I was doing the shopping. "When I scanned the ticket it said to contact the National Lottery so I wasn’t sure what I’d won". “I couldn’t believe it when I was told it was half a million". H/T to JOE.ie for this one
