Dad babysits his daughter’s dog and it’s the sweetest thing ever

There is no better feeling than being trusted to look after a friend's pet. Well, maybe being trusted to look after a friend's child, but still, pet comes pretty close. Recently, a woman named Meghan Specksgoor asked her dad to look after her dog, Chance, for a while. He did so, which was very kind and lovely of him and considering it was Christmas eve, also very generous as we are sure he was very busy. However, Meghan's dad didn't just look after the dog. He became the dog. Then he wondered what kind of ice cream he prefered. Then he checked in just to say a quick hello. And finally, Chance wondered if there was anything Meghan needed to tell her dad about sleeping next to Chance. Bless. Meghan's tweet was, of course, adorable. And lots of other people thought so too considering it received over 50,000 retweets and almost 200,000 favs. Some lad even took it upon himself to tell Meghan that he could "fix" her dad's "grandchild problem."
