There is an actual death list, predicting which public figures will die each year.
Ranked from 1 to 50, they have listed the most likely celebrities to die this year.
They’ve already marked five off their list this year; Cliff Michelmore, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Nancy Reagan, Abe Vigoda and Martin Crowe.
Last year they got fourteen right in total with Maureen O’Hara, B B King and Leonard Nimoy included on the list and the previous year they correctly predicted Ian Paisley’s death.
The site has some rules around who can make the list:
“Candidates must be famous enough such that their death is expected to be reported by the UK media; Candidates cannot be famous solely for the fact they are likely to die in the near future and only 25 of the candidates from the previous year’s list can reappear on this year’s list.”
