Mr Bevon told The Express that there is a story of two children being buried in the cellar who continue to haunt the pub, which stems from the 16th or 17th Century when they were playing hide and seek when it flooded and they had no way out.
Their mother is said to haunt the pub.
He added: "I worked here 10 years ago, long before I became manager, and there have been incidents like this for as long as I can remember, but it's rare to capture something so strange.
"I've been grabbed on the wrist while working on my own and I've seen figures walk across the bar and wondered if it was just my imagination.
"We get a lot visitors who come here because of the haunted history and we're expecting a big group at the end of the year. I think they'd be amazed if they saw this."
