While we don’t appreciate some of his language, there are some inspired phrases in there (‘the charisma of a half eaten waffle’ was a particular favourite).
Anyone who’s ever suffered at the hands of a person who works in customer service but clearly despises their job will understand, and while we can’t help but feel a bit sorry for the person on the till, (two sides to every story and all that), it has to be said that his handling of the situation was the work of an evil genius.
